deep tissue therapies and myofascial techniques.
Making her niche specialization in manual & movement therapeutics in tandem with offering personalized therapeutic at-home-plans
to treat acute & chronic pain.

August 2024 Cordelia transitioned out of operating her full time private practice to pursue a MA degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and is currently deep in the beautiful trenches of full-time motherhood & building a family.
