Cordelia is a dedicated movement educator with over 15 years of teaching experience. Cordelia is a professed, advanced, experienced and passionate instructor.
Cordelia, LMT focused mainly in deep tissue therapies, sports massage, and myofascial techniques. For a decade as a practitioner her niche was highly personalized Areas-of-Primary Focus sessions to strategically treat acute pain syndromes and chronic pain. Using a combined approach of manual therapy with various movement therapeutics for client focused pain management and overall healing.
August 2024 Cordelia transitioned out of operating her full-time private practice to pursue a MA degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
Cordelia is currently in the beautiful trenches of full-time motherhood & building a family.
